
Ingredients
2 Chicken Breast, sliced to appropriate thickness
2 tbl greek yogurt
1 tbl tandoori paste
Dry breadcrumbs
Method
- Mix yogurt and tandoori paste together.
- Add chicken. coat well
- Coat the chicken with bread crumbs. I added a little cheese for fun.
- Pan fry the chicken or spray with a little oil and bake it in a fan forced oven at 200 degrees for 10 mins (not including preheat)
- Serve hot with any side dishes... I had mashed potatoes and mixed veggies.
